The short version
This is a simple marketing website. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact form. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not run tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, you send us your name, your email, and your message. You can also add your company name and a phone number, but those are optional. We only ask for what we need to get back to you. If you email us directly instead, we receive whatever you put in that email.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one reason: to reply to you and talk about how we might help your business. That is the only purpose.
How your information is handled
This website is static and holds no database of your messages. When you submit the form, your message goes to SZTek's own automation service, which SZTek runs on its own infrastructure, and that service delivers your message to our email inbox. We do not hand your form submission to an outside form company. It goes to us and to our email provider, and nowhere else. We read your message in our inbox and reply from there.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site, and we do not track you around the web. We use your message only to respond to your inquiry.
Third parties that help us
Only one outside provider handles your message. The automation that carries your form submission to our inbox is run by SZTek itself, so it is not a third party.

This provider processes your information only to hold the message so we can answer you. It keeps its own privacy practices for the data it handles.
How long we keep it
We keep your message only as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can also ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what information of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we will take care of it.
