How long does a project take?
It depends on the task. We give you a clear timeline after the short assessment, and we would rather tell you a real date than a fast one.
Who actually does the work?
The founder who takes your first call scopes the work and stays on it to the end. Nothing is handed off to someone you have never met.
Do you work with businesses outside Ontario?
We are based in Vaughan and serve Ontario first. Remote work elsewhere in Canada is possible. Ask us and we will give you a straight answer.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays in tools you own, not in a platform we rent to you. When health information is involved, we build to Ontario's health privacy rules and keep a person in the loop for anything sensitive.
Do I need to understand technology to work with you?
No. We explain every step the way you would explain it to a friend, and you can always ask us to say it more simply.
