SEO, GEO and AEO rebuild for Saalvio
The problemSaalvio was listed by Google but effectively invisible for the searches that bring people in, and it could not be found or quoted by AI search tools. Trust, technical, and content gaps were holding it back against much larger competitors.
What we didWe delivered a full audit of the site, scored across the areas that decide modern search visibility and benchmarked honestly against five named Canadian competitors, then rebuilt the platform from the ground up with a fast custom foundation, a connected data layer that search engines and AI tools can read, plainly written trust and safety pages, real local pages for each city, and named, credentialed clinical review.

Shipping and proof-of-delivery transformation at a Toronto warehouse
The problemShipping ran on manual paperwork. Proof of delivery was unreliable, and it took two to three days for a completed delivery to reach invoicing. Missing or disputed loads were hard to trace, which put inventory and revenue at risk.
What we didWe transformed truck loading, load tallying, and proof of delivery into one connected digital process, replacing the paper trail with reliable, traceable records. Invoicing that once waited days could begin right after delivery, disputed and missing loads became far easier to settle, and the operation saw roughly $500,000 a year in savings. It covered the truck operators, helpers, and dock workers at the Toronto operation and was built as a first phase, designed to extend to further sites later.
- Proof of delivery
- A reliable record that a shipment actually arrived and was received, so deliveries can be trusted and billed without disputes.
- Load tallying
- Counting and recording exactly what goes onto each truck, so nothing is lost or unaccounted for between the dock and the customer.

Customer support transformation for a national service operation
The problemSupport requests came in through scattered channels like phone, email, and fax, and moved between disconnected, aging systems. Cases were handed off repeatedly, customers had no way to check the status of a claim, and many issues still needed a technician on site, which added cost and delay. An unsupported scheduling system also put day-to-day operations at risk.
What we didWe designed and delivered an end-to-end transformation on one connected platform, with Salesforce among the tools used. It brought intake and claims into a single workflow, added a self-serve portal so customers and dealers could track claim status themselves, introduced remote assessment so many issues could be diagnosed without a site visit, and replaced the at-risk scheduling system. The outcome was faster response, fewer hand-offs, fewer in-person visits, steadier operations, and more than $1.5 million in savings.

Corporate mobility deal that saved close to $300,000
The problemThe client carried a corporate mobile fleet of close to 300 phone lines, plus tablets and data devices, spread across several carriers on aging contracts. The plans were overpriced for what the business actually used, and no one had renegotiated the deal in years.
What we didAs a pure technology consultancy, we modelled the real usage across the whole fleet and negotiated a new national carrier agreement that fit how the business actually worked. We secured account, porting, and hardware credits worth well over $150,000, covered the cost of exiting the old contracts, and moved everyone onto a single modern network with coast-to-coast coverage. The projected savings came to about $300,000 over the three-year term. This was pre-AI work in the way we have always operated, straightforward technology and hard negotiation delivered to the client's doorstep for the best value for their money.

Managed print services that cut hard printing costs
The problemThe organization ran more than 30 printers across the business, printing roughly 1.8 million pages a year, with supplies, leases, and service spread across unmanaged contracts. Printing quietly cost far more than it needed to, and no one had a single clear picture of the spend.
What we didAs a pure technology consultancy, we assessed the whole print environment and delivered a right-sized, best-value managed print plan from a single provider, with full support on every device, guaranteed response backed by next-day loaner printers, and quarterly reviews. We ran the switch as a staged transition so daily work was never disrupted. The plan cut nearly $50,000 a year in hard costs, with less waste and less day-to-day hassle. This was pre-AI work in the way we have always operated, straightforward technology delivered to the client's doorstep for the best value for their money.
